Another really good chapter. The fight so far is fantastic and shows off both servants really well. On top of letting Rias and co. Still get in their own fight. Adding in how Ravel and her brother's servant get along is a nice touch.

As for servants, rule of cool is good to follow but there are reasons Artoria lost that fight aside from Caster buffing him. Servants are basically only as strong as their energy giver. Shirou really was a weak mage so Artoria was basically running on low magic and couldn't really fight to her fullest. She was in a weakened state because of him. She gets stronger with Rin because Rin is a stronger mage and as you can see in Apocrypha, servants that have large pools of mana to drink in can go all out in battle.

Rias and devils in general have much more mana then regular humans, so it's reasonable to say that servants would easily be able to be at their top form because of it. So there's that.

Umm no Mana Burst is a personal Skill not a Class skill, example Karna has Mana Burst (Fire)

Protection from Arrows isn't some force field protecting Cu from ranged attacks. It's Cu's ability to avoid ranged attacks by either dodging or redirecting with his spear

Ahah. that's half-right. Kuzuki is a special case, because he is put on servant's level of parameter un term of physic. The rest is mostly his own combat style. Another fight between him and Arthuria would leave him defeated, it's a style that works only the first time we fought him.

For an Assassin, it's more relevent than real parameters, considering Medea is here to give him stats of that rank. Also, do not forget that Arthuria himself with Shirou possess C and B-rank parameters at most. Even while she could stomp him in another fight, Kuzuki's style is such that even Word of God puts him winning against another strongest character "if it is the first time they fought" (Kirei from zero for exemple, or Bazett). A second fight will instantly drop his dangerosity.
Also, Arthuria's style of fighting is great, but between a servant, not that much. And she relies on her Instinct skill, something Kuzuki's style is made to counter. Hard.

In term of value, a E-rank parameter is 10 time stronger than the strongest human,D rank is 20 time stronger than human, etc etc. However, there is special value too. For exemple, an A-rank agility doesn't manifest only the raw speed, but the mastery of one's weapon (looking at you Lancelot, and Kojiro too are good exemple).

In FGO, most of Tomoe's power comes from his second Noble Phantasm, that she uses from arrows AND close quarter combat in the end, and her Oni blood. As she isn't in Berserker class, she technically have a hand on it, and won't loose control in a raw sense (well, the E-rank mad comes from it). Her "vision" of humanity is the thing that will change, becoming more... oniesque.

I agree with the rule of cool tho, but I think servants in that case would be slightly stronger than in nasuverse in term of parameters. I mean, between Riser and Rin.. Well, no offense for Rin, but in term of magic power... XD

God Cu is the worst match for Tomoe, his Protection from Arrows dodges even thrown Noble Phantasm’s... Tomoe only has 2 thrown Noble Phantasm... she is fucked

What about summoning heroes from hindu legend won't that cause problems with the hindu faction they are the strongest faction after all and arjuna serving a devil is ridiculous especially if his dad fonds out

Ah yes, Cu definitely would be a bro but I also can clearly see Issei being really jealous of him at first. Cu is another 'handsome bastard' in his eyes. Although, I can see him warming up to Cu earlier then he did to Kiba due to Cu's attitude as Cu would help him out more so and his attitude. Lastly, love the last joke. XD Poor Lancer. His luck is so terrible.

Servants are not the most powerful thing when you crossover to DxD

recently i did a bit of a spreadsheet on the agility stat to work out how fast they can sprint

on the wiki servant stats may have ranks but there are numbers on those ranks
average humans are 1
E rank stats are 10x that, D rank stats are 20x and so on to A rank stats at 50x
thing is though these are STATIC numbers and dont change unless there is an outside force

but since the orignal numbers i picked where averages you can work out how fast they can be (i even threw in the worlds fastest sprinter just for the hell of it and also compared it to some iconic machines of both the real world and in universe)

while servants are fast it IS possible to beat them even with modern tech but there is also something else to be weary of, DxD power houses
there are 2 characters in DxD that can with time FLOOR servants
its the holders of the [Boosted Gear] and [Divine Dividing], the powers of multiplication and dividing are BROKEN AF in the multiverse espesialy when you can reapply it, give them... iirc 4 boosts and Issei can contend with rank E servants depending on how strong he actually is

but heres another kicker... what happens when you use [Boost Transfer] on a Servant?
you see all those ranks, times them by 2 everytime Issei adds a boost before the transfer

question is... how are you now going to deal with this?
