Great story, i loved it
My only suggestion is that you take your time and add reactions from the other characters to events.
Like when he hit kurogiris chest plate, you should have put kurogiris surprise at being hit, and his pain. You should have also changed the separation part, because he was hurt he wouldnt be able to activate his quirk.
Or at the festival, the students should have been complaining or looking at midoria angrily for the repeat event.
You even left out hitochis backstory, which would eventually lead Aizawa to take him on as a student.
Either way, great story

It's the best fanfic I ever seen, it's really cool and nice how you make midoriya izuku's power grows slowly but, very interesting all the time I read this story, I need to read it more and more and it's very nice and cool. Since you truly know what you're doing, nice work.

i am bummed you have decided miirio as successor (he wasn't next in line he was sir nighteye choice not allmight thus not)
also I honestly don't think miirio would take ofa he worked himself to the bone to make his quirk useful and prove it is a heros ability not a detriment right and he wants to use it to save a million people
so why would he take ofa a shortcut and replacement to use instead of his physical prowess and hardwork and dedication on his quirk
also the chances ofa super charges his quirk could kill him via suffocating or make it useless all over again as he have to retrain to get use to the power thus be useless as a hero for years
