A well written and heartwarming story. It's good to see Yorktown getting the spotlight. You also did a great job of capturing Hornet's personality too, which is most appreciated as Hornet is one of my favorites. Keep up the good work!

I normally don't get into AL stories with Commander characters, but this one was great! Just the right amount of sweet and sappy, not too much and ot too little. Gotta love Hornet and Cleveland too, sister shenanigans are always a welcome!

Fantastic set of updates! Really enjoyed the story overall and how you have portrayed Yorktown, Hornet and all the other various characters, even though none of them were on my radar before. The exercise divebombing with Yorktown in particular was superbly done and one of my favourite parts.

In regards to your future plans, I'm glad that Akagi is going to get more loving and attention! Really looking forward to what you have planned, especially for that Duke of York story :D If you are concerned about rating, I would suggest that you consider checking out Archive of Our Own, as they are far more relaxed about content there, and Azur Lane does have a section there.

Overall, great work - excellent writing, wonderful buildup and extremely enjoyable to read. As always, I'm looking forward to what you have in store next!

One of the very few well written Azur Lane stories that isn't a harem. Well done!

This was extremely wholesome - I really enjoyed this update! Drunk Yorktown was lovely, and Hornet was just a blast to read. I think you've really nailed her character down to a tee. Hammann was very...Hammann.

Apart from the quality of the writing, which was top-notch as always, the build up was masterfully done. Slowly teasing Yorktown's relationship with the Commander and seeing how it evolves before they decide to throw the whole superior-subordinate issue out the window was excellent, and I'm looking forward to your next update as always. Keep up the great work!

I'm glad you're writing again! Even though Yorktown has never caught my attention the same way some of the other Shipgirls did (cough Akagi/Kaga), I found picturing her character very easy due to the quality of your writing, which is excellent as always. I found that even the smaller bits can be memorable, something as simple as describing Hornet sleeping in her planes adds such a nice touch in bringing in the other girls, while not compromising Yorktown's position as the main character of this story.

Really wholesome and enjoyable, keep up the great work!
