OOoooooh boy. This is great. I'm glad Ritsuka's efforts were presented the way they were. I can see situations where a Master would just sit the two down together and force them to talk it out, but with a grudge like this? Even if they want to just talk it out, there's so much hurt hidden in it that won't just disappear, and you're conveying that masterfully. Keep at it, I'm really enjoying this.

I kind of want Master to fix this. I do see more chapters. So I am hoping it might happen.

But the tension here was great, and felt correct. Looking forward to the next chapter!

This is beautiful, I love it. It's everything I want from an Eresh/Ishtar reunion, taken up to a wonderful level. The fact that they don't resolve everything in one argument, especially given their history, is a great way to end it. But I also love the way they try, each desperate to connect with the other, but fail due to their differences and the time spent resenting the other. Good fic, thank you for writing it :)
