Also, I have bit of a crazy idea. Please bear with me. What if you make Deku and Shoto Brothers?
OK, so you basically made Deku's dad a complete piece of human debris Just like Endeavor. So would it be to much of stretch to say that they are the same person? Maybe when Inko was younger she to had a love for Pro-Hero's only her favorite was Endeavor. One night at some big party(New Years maybe) Inko gets to meet 'the man of her dreams' and both get drunk. So drunk that Endeavor forgets he's married. When Inko tells Endeavor about Deku, he threatens her to keep her mouth shut, but dose stay in contact with her encase Deku has a strong quirk. When Endeavor finds out that he doesn't he cuts off all ties with her and again, threatens her to keep her mouth shut. Deku doesn't know what his father actually looks like because when Endeavor and Inko where "together" he was off working all the time and Bakugo's mom doesn't know what he looks like because her and Inko met after Deku was born. Again I know it's a little crazy but I just wanted to throw it out there.

Also also, idea for a bonus chapter. "The Big Sister Plasmid".
Again bear with me on this. So all of the plasmid's came with a tape that explains what they do, except one. A pink plasmid called "Big Sister" Deku injects it and produces a pink ball in his hands. Wondering what it dose he looks through the tapes one more time to make sure he didn't just miss it. While he searches for the "Big Sister" tape, he keeps tossing the ball in the air and catching it, but he throws it a little bit to high and it falls on his head. Then instead of doing what it dose in game...it turns Deku into a girl. Let me know what you think. I love the story so far and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

Idk if you already answered this but will Jack ever be making an appearance? Like when Frank Fountaine comes he will too, since he obviously can't let the guy who tried to take over rapture be running around.

A very interesting story. I'm loving Dabi's storyline and I can't wait to see how things go for him. I hope Izuku gives him Walking Inferno soon.

If Overhaul somehow gets that captured Big Sister... well I can see her cooing over Eri and trashing everyone in her way when she tears her way out of Overhaul's compound with Eri clinging to her back.

I can't wait to see Izuku's performance at the Entrance Exam and how he ranks.

Sorry if I got get it right, I only played Bioshock Infinite, and I don't know a lot of the 1st and 2nd, also Izuku is OP but he limit himself with what the plasmids that he has showed, will he get OFA? Also he's investigation for the origin of plasmids has show him the legends of AFO but nothing about Rapture, eh seems legit I mean it was a isolated city in the bottom of the sea and just recently the residents of it are getting out of there, but when he will learn the real origin of the plasmids or he won't ever discover them? And what about the Big Daddy and Big Sister where are they?

Actually it's just only hands that uses powers in Bioshock even their video representation it's always the hand that cast them and the cutscene in bioshock they use only hand to cast them too, I mean you are the author you can do it, and make some bullshit the it works that can use in everybody of the plasmid user, In you're headcanon Plasmid can use in every body, damn Izuku will be OP and become Gary Stu that has no drawbacks and weakness

Can you show me you're source that plasmid can cast in any body part If not I will just say it, it just you're headcanon

If you hate Mineta like the other White Knight Author and Want realism in Fictional world you could just not include him because it's impossible for mineta to go in UA with his perverted attitude if you include realism in BNHA Universe, and just forget writing him, I mean he is just a side character and self insert of Horikoshi(BNHA AUTHOR) perverted mind heh~

i like the maria lamb plot, can't wait to see how you take that. the law is a good idea, but you should probably add something about how crimes committed by the vigilante must be paid for with community service, which would give another reason for Dabi to attend UA for long periods of time.
