I... this... Yes. All of my yes. Closest I've ever seen a story get to the Nyaruko-san take on Lovecraft, and a very well done interpretation overall, and very sweet/horrifying in a way you seem to have down pat. I'm saddened this isnt going to be an actual story, TBH.

You know, this could have had a lot of potential if instead of being compressed in a single episode for an April Fool joke would have had a multi-chapter incarnation. I admit to not having a clear idea of the Call of Cthulhu (I had to use Google for the correct spelling of that name) lore (if it can be called that), as I never dabbled in those books nor played the game, but a more detailed and lengthy story out of this madness-indexed single episode would have been able to put Lusus Naturae AND Requiem Universus BOTH to shame. )

This was an interesting and funny read. I'm not familiar with One Man Punch but I think possessed demon Ronye reminds me of Sakura Matou from Heaven's Feel route of Fate/Stay Night. I really like the idea of Eugeo and Cardinal being spared but I think you should have mentioned what happened to Charlotte, the spider too.

Since I'm not a fan of Asuna and find her as annoying as f**k in the anime, anything that urks her makes me happy.

That was really fun lol. I quite enjoyed Lusus Naturae, and this was thematically similar. (Still miss the universal power one though, hope you eventually revive that!).

Great one shot though, quite fun. Not going to lie though lol, I was honestly expecting when Ronye did the time compression thing to see a reference to The One True Good Ending lol. But nice happy ending where both Alice's lived though (wonder how it's be in a few years when her body ages up lol)
