Either Stain or Katsuki. Those are my guesses. The former cause as a guy who despises 'fake heroes' and proudly declares his hate for all those he considers fakes the ring would fit him. Im in between of Katsuki is like the number one choice for the rage ring but izuku hair and eye turn red which is the color of rage can the ring sense that earth is the place to unlock izuku rage so he can become the heir

I really hope that the heir ring doesn't go to Bakugou, the story doesn't need him, and it would feel forced, since the only reason to him appear is because of Izuku, considering how Bakugou's life is until the U.A, if keep the same but without Deku for him to bully, there is still no reason for him to get a red ring, the closest is the sludge villain, but that only happen, because Izuku make the bottle with the villain inside fall from All Might's pants when he was jumping

not only he would fit very well with the ring but can become the most strongest red lantern of all lanterns.

I can actually imagine it now, the second Bakugo wears the red ring and the effect of users who just wore the ring happens, he is going to cause more damage of possible deaths of several citizens and heroes before he gets captured by the red lanterns and bathe in the blood pools.
I can see that the first second bakugo wears the ring, his first rage scream will cause so much damage, it would make All Might's United States of Smash look like a painless punch.

Good update...I like how Izuku did the 'gomu gomu gatling gun' style on Atrocitus it was epic. I don't know who is the super power rage ring's wielder going to be but surprise me.
