I'm loving this first chapter, and you have me craving more. I'm sorry to hear what happened to your friend, and I believe you are showing him great respect by following through with what push he gave you. You've got a reader from me, and I'm itching to see what you do with this. Also, I like this take on how Minato's powers work here.

Nice start! I especially like the way that manage to convey things without spending too much time on them, a more fast paced chapter. If I did have a complaint, it would be the bolded []... skills? Idk I haven't personally played Persona, but they do interfere with the enjoyment of the story a bit, turning it into more of a Gamer story.

I like your story. I feel the whole "don't want to hit a woman" thing offputting from Yuuki. He never had any issues fighting women and is mentioned in paragraphs of detail. It feels somewhat sexist and would hinder him from fighting.

Pretty interesting opening. Fate/Person crossovers are a favorite of mine so I'll be keeping an eye out. Plus, everyone hates Shinji.

If I have a criticism it's some of your metaphors are kinda clunky. Overwritten.

Wait a second this is Shiro x Sakura... well it does make sense with Minato here (as the other two routes are focused on something Minato doesn't have) but Heaven's Feel is not a kind route.

considering that makoto yuki is the messiah, any act of saving or intervention from him can be considered divine in one way or another. Of course, he may consider it simply a right thing to do, but considering that it is, it cannot be said that this is not divine intervention. well, moreover good start and i believe that you are honoring the memory of your deceased friend by continuing his account!

This is not an inadequate story. Even though I do not know your friend personally (or even just in general), this story wouldn't be a disservice, far from it. Rather (and this is quite presumptuous of me), I feel like NOT posting this story would be even more of a disservice.
