It's an interesting concept, Danny may not be "creepy" for the people that know him but to others like John, there's a supernatural aura, wow.

It's almost like people are so used to Danny that they don't notice or ignore how unusual he is. Or, it could be something Danny's doing unconsciously to blend in and doesn't realize he can even do it. That means he could be fooling himself to. *That* would be messed up.

This is a very interesting idea. The people of Amity don't see anything wrong because they either know Danny from before or they got used to weird but to new people it is obvious something's off and they slowly get used to it, though still hold that thing in the back of their minds. The ending was awesome.

Woah. I love the way John saw Danny in this and how that feeling of wrongness and fear gradually lessened. And the end when his eyes flashed at the end, that was chilling.
