That approach is certainly...interesting. That does sound like it would take a while too. I like the idea though. Can't wait to see our favorite skeletons go on a trip in their favorite rocket ship.

I really like the story so far, as it feels unique. One thing I've noticed though, is that the story feels kind of rushed. Not to criticize or anything, because I really do like this story. I also hope to see more soon!

Please make Asriel have a build up of fear to telling his mom and dad about what he's done and questioning whether they'd accept him. It would make the pay off for them accepting him and loving him so much better.
