Reviews for The Hardest Part
EmberMagname chapter 1 . 6/30
This was pretty good. Doesn't fit my personal tastes, but you have no way to know that so I absolutely don't hold it against you. Maybe I'll go check out some of your other fics, see if they're more my speed. Regardless of whether I like them or not, you're a great writer, the only mistakes in grammar I saw were what must've been typos. You had a good story, good flow, I was engaged for most of it (although I did skip over the very philosophical looking ending XD). Dont stop writing just 'cause of one slightly critical review!

Have a good day

JellyLollie chapter 1 . 6/1
Ah. Younglings learning about love. This story felt rather intimate. One could see you pouring your heart out through your words, which gave it a very unique and heartwarming feeling to it. Thank you for writing this entertaining story!
Austrian chapter 1 . 6/1
Short but sweet well done. And it had a very important message that I think everyone should accept. Be yourself, do not change who you are if it makes you happy. Immer gut diese Botschaft in einer Geschichte zu finden.
M.V.P.Knight chapter 1 . 6/1
I feel a little lost for how to review a one-shot. I have not read many of them; in fact I only read this one because it's written by you.

I liked it for what it was though. It has a good message about pursuing love even when the odds are stacked against you.

There was one thing that made me want to tell you something. (This isn't me bashing your writing. I just think this might be helpful for people to know.) It's obvious that when Hans said that Elsa and Jack would go to hell that he's supposed to be a homophobic religious person. I think that depictions of Christians being homophobic might not be far from what often happens in reality. But I think that those depictions usually don't really do much to convince Christians not to be homophobic.

Do you want to know why I don't hate gay people anymore? It wasn't because everyone calls homophobs Nazis or because Christians are often seen as overly judgmental. I don't hate gay people anymore because I found out that homophobia isn't Christian. It turns out that a lot of verses from the Bible that people think are about homophobia are actually talking about something different in the original Hebrew version. I don't think I've ever seen that brought up in any story that talks about religion and homosexuality.

You asked what is love? Personally, I believe that love, of many different types, is a part of God's plan. Personally, anyway.

Hope I wasn't too preachy.

On second thought, this whole story is kind of preaching, soooooo . . . I hope I didn't make you uncomfortable? In case you're wondering, I wasn't offended by this story. I just have things to tell, you know?
