If this is mcu Mjolnir, then Izuku wouldn't be worthy without being willing to do sacrifice himself for the greater good. Being a kid I doubt he would be at this point.

I like the idea.

I hope you plan on letting magic be magic, rather than going for the Stargate ripoff routine of MCU.
Thor is supposed to be a sorcery-based superhero, just like Doctor Stephen Strange and the mutant-born sorceress Wanda Maximoff/The Scarlet Witch.

in my opinion if you would like to write a thor story then you don't need one for all just have him find it on the beach or in the woods and go from there.

Could have added some extra sentences like

"Oh O-Ok…."While Izuku did not want to part from the item as it seemed strangely special to him, he knew better than to argue with a pro hero, so he begrudgingly handed the hammer to the pro hero...

[...Only it to suddenly drag Death Arms down to the ground.

"What the?!" Death Arms was surprise before getting back on his feet and started pulling the hammer of the ground with both his hands.]

"HOW HEAVY IS THIS THING!" The pro hero could not lift the hammer….

There is another thor story but I hope yours will continue. Maybe for a fun gag you should let other heroes and students try pulling the hammer of the ground but of course non are worthy.
