I've really enjoyed this story so far, although I'm most excited to see Kyle/Eran to turn back into a wolf. Please keep up the good work!

Not saying I am disappointed, just a little bit confused of the pacing, and I sort wonder about Dusty's condition of having puppies form Kodi.

Okay, first time reading this chapter, I will say I am a little bit confused of the memory transitions Aleu and Kyle seeing eachother near a tree thou, unless it was claimed that Kyle was at night drinking from a hard days work and remembered what had happened to his friends which would explained why he stumped at the tree.

I really enjoyed this story so far, but I found the ending to be...disappointing.
It was rushed, to the point where things felt thrown together just to finish the story faster. It had been building up to a climax of sorts, where something big would happen, but when it got to the moments I was waiting for, they lacked the punch said moments usually had. A lot of feelings were not shown/not expressed. There was some...strange and confusing spiritual stuff that came out of nowhere and felt like a Deus Ex Machina and out of place. Not only that, but a lot of things were left unresolved too, such as the reactions of Balto, Jenna, Alue's pack, the dogs of Nome, etc. There is also a sequel bait. I agree with Omegashark18. This story to me felt like it could have continued for 10ish more chapters before concluding. I don't thing a whole fledged sequel is the right call, especially with how this story ended.

Well, this ended faster then I was expecting... I always felt this story was going to have 30 something chapters...

Oh well, from the look of things there’s going to be follow up.

While the previous author said to respect your decisions on this story, all I want to say is that the reveal on how Kyle was found out was a bit underwhelming. She found out, called his name, and then ran away? Then it just cuts to her going back to find Kyle again? Are we missing something? because that went by fast. And what I don’t get is how the dog that decided to go after Kyle didn’t show up yet. I was expecting that dog to confront Kyle first, with the humans trying to protect Kyle. That should give Kyle the heads up that the dogs of this town know what he is, then you can have Aleu show up.

I hope your not offended by this, your doing a great job, and I’m glad that someone is continuing the story.

I’m just commenting on what I think. It’s not bad it’s just there was so much more that these plot points could bring. Pacing and storytelling some truth could bring a long way.

Thank you for taking the torch of Balto cursed soldier, a Balto story line that deals with war and how soldiers go through their hardship from it, literally this story is what makes me want to become a fanfic writer and that I started with Balto tales of the great war, but like Christianknight I am having a hard time to write stuff with college and with other stuff in life, but I do hope to get back writing again maybe possibly with your help in the future.

Wow, there is hope after all.

After all this time, I’ll finally get to see how the goes and ends...

I had honestly given up hope that this will be picked up and finished. But sure enough, her it is, after I’ve practically forgotten about it. Not only continued, but apparently already finished!

I look forward to revisiting this story again, and better yet, seeing how it ends. :)
