I couldn't help but notice a few faults in your fanfiction. It's fast paced, it has some grammer/spelling errors here and there, and here's an example of what it /should/ look like:

He sat closer to her. "If I tell you something promise you won't say anything to discourage me?" he asked nervously.

Misty nodded. "I promise," she smiled warmly at him.

-

See? New space for whenever someone says something.

Also, everyone was slightly out of character. I mean, Brock has never shown any affection/liking toward Misty...so why does he all of a sudden show it now?

Keep writing - with practice, you'll get better! Of course, I speak from experience. _

Other than that...your story was pretty nice. This should be considered a HUGE compliment 'cause I HATE Brock/Misty. I'm a true blue supporter of Ash/Misty all the way. _
