I loved the way you wrote the legend in between pieces of the story, and Naruto giggling with the kitsune in the bushes. The last scene, the three of team seven snuggled together as Kakashi watched over them all, was perfect. C:

That's a bunch of cuteness and quite deep at the same time! I like that Naruto is neither a full demon nor a normal guy, rather a mixture between both (at least in special nights like this).

I've had this fic on my favorites list for quite some time, and I only realized today that I hadn't reviewed it.

I know why, though. It stands among the most heart-warming and high-quality fics I've ever read, and believe me when I say it that I've read it more than once each month since it was posted. Meditative, and the style of story-lore-story inspired much of my own work.

I already knew most of the theories... The only one I didn't know kas the last "Ki-tsu-ne""come-love-sleep".

One thing I like about your story is how you insert bits of history behind the name "kitsune" and at the same time weave it into the story. And as Naruto is surrounded by the youkai, how you describe him with barking laughter and a "fang filled" grin, reflecting how he's being pulled by the Kyuubi's tendencies: I loved it. :)

Honestly, I wish this is how Naruto had revealed his secret in the real manga, something almost intimate just between Team 7 as Naruto's humanity kinda hangs in the balance. And it's endearing how they welcome him back. It's a great story.
