Well I havta say, it was a very fun and adventurous story. It kinda sounded like a mix between Lord of The Rings vs. The Mummy 2.

Very interesting indeed. I love how you portrayed Bakura's character, but he went from being villainous and quite evil (with the whole stabbing of a poor innocent man and wanting to kill him [Odion]), to somewhat of a hero quite quickly. I would have liked to see more character development there. But meh, I liked that he became nicer in the end so what am I babbling about o_O

I adore Bakura/Tea, but I'm more into romance stories about them with a little action. This was the opposite of that, action before romance, but I did love their little moments, I just wish there had of been more *sniff* ... yeah, yeah, I know... This was more of an adventure story than romance, but I'll read any story that has Bak/Tea pairing.

However, I will not read a Kaiba/Serenity fic (hate that couple). I did read all of the story, including their miny romance scenes (or where they O_o), but if I was to ever read this story again, I would skip those parts _ lol One time is enough haha

The last 11 or 12 chap's, especially the battle scenes were a little slow paced. I know you said the you don't like to rush scenes, and even if the story started of slow in general, it flowed. I liked that. But the rest was a bit too slow, I had to take a lot of breaks when reading it :P

Anyways, it is a good story, but I wont be putting it on my favorites because, as I said before, I only favorite romance stories because they are the one's I crave to read over and over, and there was more action in this than romance.

Also, there were a few spelling mistakes, but this made me laugh the most, in chapter 18, instead of "blond journalist" your wrote "blue journalist" lol Mai is blue hehe

All this being said, I actually wish this was a film... It would make a really good film ( with a little more romance ;) )... yeah I'm a hopeless romantic).

Oh! And I loved Shadi in this! :D

Ah, and ya know when you see a really good film, lets take Indiana Jones for example. He has found a romantic interest in like a different country and ya think well he's gonna stay with her and it ends there with a happy ending and you us your imaginations on what happens next (marriage etc). Then they bring out a sequel, where he's in a new country with a new romantic interest and the 1st woman is nowhere to be found (kinda like James Bond also). Well the end of your story kinda gave of that vibe cos I know there isn't a sequel. So I hope Bak/Tea and Joey and Mai stay together forever in Egypt in your AU _

I hope you don't take what I said too seriously, (even though you probably don't care anymore since this is such an old story haha) these are just minor things that bothered me.

This fic is definitly an accomplishement. It was set up and done well, and it ended almost sort of like the series did in a way. -Either that, or perhaps the way one could see the true end of Yugioh going. 3
