I read this story many years ago and stumbled upon it again this week. The characterisations and story were as enjoyable the second time around as I remember them being the first time. This story...I'm just blown away. I found it based on a recommendation I got on tumblr during my most recent JA kick and finally got around to reading it. This made me actually cry, which I never do in fics. The way you wrote Xan and Obi's relationship was beautiful and so deep and pure. I actually find I prefer your version of events more so than the actual JA books. I know you wrote this years ago, but I just needed to let you know that I found this story astounding.

I read that chapter like a hundred time but ever time I got to the part where obi came in to the and qui said all this for a boy you didn't want in the first place I stopped breathing this sort of things happen all the time the person subject comes in at the wrong time. Love this chap anyway

Oh crap are chun and obi still rivals in this story? Coz I hope they are I allways loved reading there little clashes shows different side of obi instead of the Jedi council member in the movies
