| krickee thompson chapter 1 . 9/15/2008 The use of "The Cellblock Tango" was very clever (Huge "Chicago" and "POTC" fan!). You got me to laugh outloud. Your story, so far, is very good. I haven't read past the first chapter, but what is here is very promising. I only have a little advice: Try to write longer paragraphs. The one line "Jack stated" and "Ana Agreed" sentances are distracting. A few for dialogue are completely acceptable, but the entire chapter is kind of gratuitous. There is more to a story than just what the characaters are saying. What about the subtle nuances that are happening when the talk? |
