I've been following this on the lj comm, and I must say it's incredibly well written. I can't tell where it's going, or if it's going, but I wish it would. So excellent I can't pick a particular element to praise.

I read this fic a while back on 'sandsfic,' (or some other LJ where I'm a professional lurker) I think, and I very distinctly remember loving it.
I like your characterisation of Sands, so many writers have him snarky and/or screaming, but yours seems to be slightly less desperate than a lot of others', just as insane- maybe more so, because its a little more subtle than a lot of what I've read.
I especially like the oh-so-prettily-coincidental El inclusion, kind of emphasizes just how much the world wants to screw Sands over...
my fave line: "If I wasn't shot up or having an outrageous nicotine fit, I'd nut you."
