I know that five chapters in three years doesn't seem promising, but I can't accept that you'll just leave this hanging. Your Jack seems so in character, and I can't bear the thought of him being left sailing into a trap. Please update!

Ah, I went back and reread the previous chapters, must say I got a few good laughs and thoroughly enjoyed it! And this newest chapter does not disappoint! Immensely glad to see you back in action!

He wondered if Jack would notice if one of those trinkets in his hair was replaced with a bell. - The best part is, I've fallen victim to this treatment. :

And a very eerie ending. If Will and Liz pit themselves against Jack, Norri and the crew (which I've got a feeling's going to be the case) it'll be one intense story. Characterizations are spot-on and I'm loving this story! Glad it wasn't left to rot!

Ah, I should've said to make sure that you put some kind of symbols in the text to distinguish when there's a scene change or POV shift. I'll remember to do that with you before you post to LJ with future stories, and whenever the next chapter comes my way too.

So, now I get to review instead of nitpick and I love that part of any process; the review. There or.. here, I get to say what I loved, which is everything. I loved Ana being all concerned over Jack and his aching noggin (ouch), Ana being put-out with Gibbs over the 'women are bad luck' bit again *snerk* and Ana's attitude toward Norri over Jack's arrest. Guess you could safely say I liked all the Anamaria bits.

Then, there's the bits with Gibbs. You really have a marvellous way of gettin in his head and when you do it's always very visual for me when I'm reading. Gibbs is a great balance for Ana's ofttime pithyness. (Pithyness might be an Americanized word for 'bitchy'.. but she's that only when she is overly concerned and overly concerned about Jack doing something stupid, which is, sadly, most of the time- although he oft-times has great ways, or just lucky ways of getting outta things, though not unscathed.).

And then, there's your Jack *sigh* I love your characterization of our fav cap'n. It's just... brilliant.
