This was so bittersweet. The brothers are so dedicated to one another and the weight of his sorrow and fear for Al burdens and empowers Edward in everything. You captured it beautifully.

This is really sad. It's well written and sweet, but so somber. It's really good. I enjoyed reading it. I think you portrayed Ed and Al very well, especially with Ed constantly reminding himself of the rust almost reaching Al's seal. He WOULD keep punishing himself with a memory like that.
