LOL i love this story so far! but i REALLY hope that like you wrote, since Serena is waiting for Darien to show up, that when he does, they make up, and the sight of him, helps her move her toes! (lol kinda pathetic, but) BUT i really do hope that they make up, and Serena forgives him . . . OF COURSE after he gives a LONG and GOOD explaination as to why he said those things to her! she deserves that, since it is PRACTICALLY his fault that she's paralysed!
