Yes, get the kid who's still grieving to look after another kid in grief. He'll know what to do! ...No wonder the children in this story are contemplating suicide.

Wow, Hermione, nagging and guilting someone into letting you into their mind... You know, I just can't take the actions of her in this fic as good girlfriend material. Sure, Harry needs to learn Occlumency, but for someone who "read a book about it" Hermione spends as much time explaining and teaching as Snape did. Which is not at all, because Snape was mostly using the lessons as an opportunity to hurt Harry in the name of "helping" him. See why that comparison is a horrible one? Maybe Harry would actually succeed if anybody bothered telling him how to do it.

I'm actually really annoyed by Hermione in this. Not only does she not take a single hint, pushing and pushing until Harry's clearly awful emotions boil over and he lashes out - for which he is made to feel guilty while she walks off without repercussions, but she doesn't realize that barging in on Harry's clearly abusive family is a bad idea. It's not like she doesn't have her own home, with family that doesn't hate her. If she didn't want to be in the Burrow she should just go back to her parents who love her and stop dumping her problems on the boy who's godfather recently died!

Honestly your story is insanely brilliant, I love it. To be honest I first found your story on porkey. I started reading it and couldn't stop, it's that amazing. I was disappointed when chapter 47 was glitched or something, instead of the chapter it just showed code or something. I was sad I never got to read it. But I took shot in the dark and looked it up on this site, and was pleasantly surprised to find it, so I was happy to read the last chapter. But seeing it stoped is saddening. I think this the best fanfiction I've ever read, you are truly talented. I read a post saying you haven't gave up on this, so please update it's incredible, I'd love to find out what happens next, and eventually how it all ends.

Sigh, just when the story was getting good, the grammar has been degraded to that of a 10 year old, WHY! I don't really get it, you seem to be a very gifted writer, but the grammar just ruins everything, wish you'd had a beta.

This story has surprised me with its brilliance, but than all the sudden the grammar seem to have fallen off a cliff, its kind of night and day from the earlier chapters compared to the last few.
