After a rather slow start, your story picked up pace. All in all I loved your version of the characters and the overall twist you brought to the original story. Your AU is well thought out and you sure are a very good writer.

That was perfect. From Kagura to the power struggle to her wish. With the shrine gone, she could still go on to be a teacher. Wonder who will rule the East & South now.

That was interesting. I actually thought the way he was destroyed was pretty neat. Making him feel. Some of their conversation seemed a little cheesy, but that is Kagome's character. I feel for Sess though. Hoping Kag can use the jewel to return loved ones lost.

I'm a little surprised Kag couldn't manipulate the barrier to her own will... and that she didn't attack Naraku at all while he was dealing with Kikyo & Onigumo. I can't feel bad for Kikyo for putting herself in that situation all these years. Nice work.

Nice job. Looking forward to the coming battle in the next chapter. When Kagome went to get a weapon, you said she went to the weapon room in the Higurashi Shrine. Since we know she was in the mansion already, when you add in extra details like this or repeat things, it is unnecessary. Also, you kept stating Kouga kicked the clutch... which would have been under her foot. I really enjoyed how she involved the kids in her interrogation. With Kagura on their team, they're pretty golden. We've seen her take on large groups, such as the wolves, with ease. The part with the reporter was rather amusing. Oops!

I don't even know where to begin. Kanna's fate was sad, but I'm glad she was able to make her own decision. I liked how Sess explained in to Souta... even the part about not drinking coffee. Kagome is going to be pissed. I'm kind of hoping she gives him a soul-voice lashing, then convinces Kouga to take her there. If she snuck out, I doubt she'd find them in time. Surprised he didn't say he'd call some other wolves as well.

That was a lot to take in. I'm glad they figured out it wasn't Kanna & she was able to save Souta. I was a little surprised though that Inu didn't see the jewel since everything turned to dust.

Well that was a fun little chapter. Since they are mated now, would Inu have rights to her land as well? Maybe not to human government, but with the council?

"I've always been told that when an Inu-Youkai feels the may take place" You are missing something here. I liked this chapter. I was a little surprised Inu didn't call Kouga just in case. Hope they fight back soon.

Another great chapter. I'm confused about Kanna's age. You said she was 2 years younger, but 163 years his senior. Since that would make her 180 years old, I'd think she'd be 18 by Kouga's explanation.
"Inuyasha slid he slid his sword back" just needs a small correction.

Wow. Throw her onto the emotional roller coaster. I want to say that was a good chapter, but I feel bad for her. I know you're jumping through time to show how long their relationship has gone on, but it just makes it feel even longer since Kouga & Kaede have made an appearance. Hope Inu reaches out to him since he offered his services.
