I love Aya/Mine, but I never imagined they were cannon (I just started reading volume 13). I seriously am looking forward to future volumes of Furuba (and the other "unexpected pairings" even more now.

this was great! i love aya/mine stories they're one of the few cannon pairs i like to read in fan fiction. not that there's anything against most of the cannon pairs (except for haru/rin and akito/shigure), it's just nice to have a change from the normal pairings.

Never thought of their relationship like that before. Aside from the fact that Ayame and Mine are secretly dating, even the manga doesn't give us much concerning the latter. The former really knew how to bring her out.

I've read somewhere that he and Mine will get together in the end and there are other more unexpected pairings.. Basically almost evrybody in Fruits Basket gets together with someone and (maybe) everybody gets a happy ending. Ayame confessed to Mine his feelings and about the Sohma family's secret.

I'm sorry for spoiling but I couldn't help mysefl but correct you. Anyway your story is really nice, it has the 'Aww' factor and the 'LOL' factor in it. Honestly, the crossdressing part was hilarious!
