It is sad that Naruto has changed, but equally sad for what he told Sasuke when he said the following and Sasuke's reaction: "You love me?"...Or is it because you just can'tforget the joys of fucking me senseless? ForI knowthe other Uchiha did...""No. You're just saying that to spite me." he choked softly.

I also like the change of perspective of how Kakashi looks at Naruto: more than a student.

This is suggestions on what you can also include: the relationship between Itachi and Naruto, what happens when Sasuke meets Naruto as agreed, the development of Sasuke's and Naruto's relationship now that he is back (please have them ending up together happily since I am sure that both have suffered), Kakashi's involvement with Naruto (his reaction to Sasuke's return and his attempt in having Naruto now that Sasuke is back, and his attempts in having Naruto when Sasuke was with Orochimaru)...

I like that the story does not have a lot of grammer and spelling mistakes that can distrac t the reader from reading and comprehending the story and such.
