Delightful so far. And all a mystery of course. I am afraid I still find it ridiculous that the Captain is going on a possibly dangerous landing party to check on a deeply mysterious person about whom they know nothing. I would vaguely think there was some Telepath protocol about sensing intensions whether fair or foul. And to me as a person who has done some survival camping, i just hate people found mysteriously in the exact same condition as when lost 40 years ago, and no signs of the infrastructure that allowed this, or signs of a life spent living in a place. But Hey, you are just on chap. 2. Dearly hope you continue.
