This might be the best 2k fic I've ever read. It's perfectly balanced - there's both happiness and a hint of angst, everyday little moments as well as the moments of great significance to their relationship; at the beginning it's very sweet but it feals real as soon as the oppressive reality comes to remind of itself.

It also feels like a part of your Surreality-Sanctuary universe, like a little peek into the future of the story.

Sososo I have an unhealthy addiction to Snape-is-Harry's-guardian stories, and I really liked this one. Just. Yes. It's difficult to imagine Snape being that playful, but it was fun while it lasted xD and it was so manipulative on Harry's part to pull the 'I had no one to play with at six, either' card xD oh my gosh.
