VEGETA MUST WIN! The reason is because of how superior he was to Goku during their first fight, and I've heard that the only reason Vegeta was suddenly surprassed by Goku is because of Akira Toryama not liking him. So, considering how crazily Vegeta has been trainining, it's most realistic if he wins. Also, this would provide closure and allow him to accept Goku as his equal again (like he did at the Cell Games when he said there is no Saiyan like Goku). The only reason Goku should win is if he goes Super Saiyan 3.

Vegeta should win. While Goku is the more gifted fighter, Vegeta once was more powerful and I've heard Akira Toryama purposely made him weak coz he doesn't like Vegeta.

I vote for Videl, though there should be a good base on their relationship. Also, I'm very glad you involved Mirai Trunks. After he was such an important character in Android and Cell sagas, he should have returned. It would have made A LOT more sense than never hearing from him again.

LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! THIS is what the canon Buu saga should have been like. Coz really, nerdy just doesn't make sense. I noticed that Gohan likes learning stuff and is about as much a genius as Bulma, but abandoning training for 24/7 studying is totally OOC for him.

Another great story what is with you starting these stories then not completing them. Anyway I'd like to see Vegeta win as I think everyone else gets over looked due to Goku and I'd like to see Krillin and the other Earth human fighters reaction to seeing their beloved Goku defeated. Plus I think being dead would hinder Goku's power development as he wouldn't be able to capitalise on the Saiyan ability of getting stronger after healing (with him being dead) and another draw back is there was know one strong or skilled enough to challenge him even Pikkon was left in his dust pretty quickly and without a strong sparring partner to fight against would hinder his development some (as he had to rely on solo training).

I always like the idea of Gohan ending up with a Saiyan and from your story New Beginnings, I get the feeling that Vegeta's sister would be a good match for Gohan although not sure about the whole black hole thing maybe trapped in stasis but even that has a weird feel to it or just some OC saiyan a descendent from Turles or something or even just he ends up with a human like Erasa or Lime (I like the Videl pairing but it's done to death plus she's a total bitch in this story and probably a bit to full of herself which would make Gohan not have any interest in her). (Also I found the scene between Gohan and Vegeta where Gohan destroyed the second punching machine hilarious).

Hopefully you will continue this story at some point, until then.
