Well, it's a very long time since you wrote this story. It's now 2019. Thank you for such a wonderful "Boromir" lives story. I love any story that expands upon the emotions and feelings between the Fellowship, especially that between Aragorn and Boromir. We see a little beginning of it in the movie but this is wonderful. The characterisation is spot on and the added characters are interesting . Thank-you very much

Chapter 5 is missing?

Just wanted to say that when I was a kid, probably six or seven years ago, I read every single chapter of this and absolutely loved it. Twelve-year-old me liked it better than the actual canon and I remembered it today and plan on reading it all again. Congrats, you wrote one of my Influential Pieces of Childhood Fiction.

Great chapter, and you're right, that adds a lot to the context and plot of the story. I really like the conversation between Boromir and Sam, especially Sam's forgiveness and non-judgmental attitude. I really feel you've captured Sam's character perfectly there. Great job. :)

I really like Garad. He's such a loyal and intelligent friend to Boromir and Faramir. And I love Merry, Pippin, and Boromir's loyalty and friendship for each other, I think you've really captured it well.
