This is a fantastic story. Wow. It took me a little bit to figure out exactly what had happened, but once I did, I really enjoyed it. Really original idea. And written really well.

I'm actually surprised I've never read a fic with the same concept, before; I mean, Ed and Al sharing the same body! Sort of an... odd multiple personality disorder, you know? At first, when Ed mentioned how Al was doing, I had a suspection that Ed was in the mental hospital because Al died and he's in denial... but this works out so much better! :D

The way that Ed changed over to Al when the nurse came in reminded me of the book Sybil; ever read it? It's based on a true story, in which this woman has sixteen distinct personalities (two of them male). Very good book; fascinating, but disturbing (sorta like this fic ;) ).

The last line really made me laugh. _ Rock on!

Oh, wow. I'm very impressed. I will admit I was confused at first - I thought Ed was just flat nuts, and thought Al was there when he wasn't...but then Roy spoke to him, and I said "Eh?"

But oh it makes sense and this is just beautiful. I love the way you describe everything. I don't have the language to explain what, precisely, I mean. But it's lovely, just the same.

And I'll also admit I quite liked the hint of Roy/Riza fluffiness lurking in the shadows. _ They're so cute.

I'm disturbed... and yet oddly curious about all this. This is most definitely original. I've seen Ed giving his body to Al... but never one where both of them are occupying the same shell. Nice. And I know I shouldn't be liking the fact that Ed's nuts in this, but I am... ; And I love the ending... it is so very true... and very bittersweet. I like.
