Guest chapter 5 . 5/14 Don was hardly thought of by the parents. His actions were bad but they stemmed from issues the parents created. |

AB-maybecrazy chapter 5 . 1/15/2019 This story is so cute. I love how you described Charlie’s thoughts, that just fit the character so wellI can actually relate to some of them. Not that I’m a genius or anything, I just have an older sister I’ve looked up to my whole life ... Anyway, great storyone of my favorite I’d say |

Fi Suki Saki chapter 5 . 4/28/2013 Uhh... it's really heart-breaking! Seriously heart-breaking! Poor little Charlie... Act as if he can't did math anymore surely can make him crazy! And even when Don was still ignore him, will make him more broken! I'm glad the psychologist understand him. I'm glad Charlie quickly met the psychologist before he goes insane. I'm glad she made a good plan! I'm glad it's ended with a happy ending! I'm crying... (Q_Q) At least Don understand what he did and felt guilty after Charlie slipped said the truth. I'd explode if after Don know the truth, he will just snap back. Like stupid soap-opera.(in my country.) I'm glad everything goes well... *still feel want to crying* |

a chapter 5 . 11/8/2011 *sigh* I'm very glad they solved the problem with Charlie, but it's a bit sad that no one, not even the outside consultant, can be bothered to care why Don did what he did. Yes he's older and should have known better than to lose his temper with Charlie over something like that, but it gets tiresome to see Don's wants and needs routinely and consistantly dismissed. Their parents went to a specialist because Charlie was behaving a bit strangely but Don acting out gets completely ignored? Now that Charlie's all right they can't spare five minutes to make sure Don knows their proud of his achievements as well? Also, would it really be so bad if Charlie the child prodigy hit a plateau and everyone else caught up with him? It would definitely be bad for him to pretend to be less intellegent then he is to fit in, but his parents reaction to the suggestion that he isn't doing as well at school seems a bit strange. They took him in for an IQ test before asking Charlie if there was something bothering him? Not to mention that Charlie choosing not to do well in math seems a lot more likely than his suddenly not being able to do well in math. Worrying about him losing his abilities should be a secondary concern to worrying that someone is picking on him for being smart (the most logical answer) or his wanting friends his own age. |
