A bit too repetative but, an interesting take

This makes me smile every single time I read it, this was heartbreaking, sweet, wonderful, clever and gorgeous all at once. I loved it SOOO FREAKING MUCH! You're great! I can't believe how accurate this is, thank you.

Great job! Very well-written, melancholy, and interesting. Was the "center of their universe" line supposed to be an allusion to Ichigo's mom or just a clever choice of words?

Byakuya and Hisana are one of my favorite pairings in Bleach! This story is really cute and I like how you implied that it was either Renji or Ichigo that was going to end up with Rukia and not set on a specific pair!

Beautiful, just beautiful. The depth and perception found in this piece was just incredible. One of my favorite Bleach fics. :)

So beautiful. I loved your language - all the wonderful, different adjectives you used to describe those "hot-headed, warm-blooded, loud-mouthed young boys", Byakuya and Rukia and those worlds - they were perfect. You managed to make Byakuya sound very human but not OOC, and I think you painted an accurate, beautifully poetic picture of what he thinks of Rukia and Hisana.

This made me feel sad and touched, because Byakuya's intelligent and perceptive and I think he's right - someone's going to end up hurt, and maybe it'll be Ichigo or Renji or Rukia or all of them, and maybe it won't ever be okay. But your writing made me feel the power of memories and moments that can't ever be gotten back or taken away, and I think, hope, know it'll be all right.

Thank you so much for this; it made me feel something rarely felt, and I remember why I like fanfiction so much all over again. :)

I wonder what kind of person Byakuya was back when he had his wife. I imagine that he was a more gentle person, but we'll never know.
