| John Smith chapter 7 . 9/20/2014 Hahaha, what an absolutely adorable story! I really enjoyed the read overall and LOVED the way you built up this last chapter. Talk about artful writing. That was a great use of literary devices. I'm so in love with how in-character everyone felt here. You took some liberties with Tenten and Temari, but they don't really have enough definition in the source material, so I can see how that was actually necessary. You've also got a VERY creative writing style that lends itself so well to a cute story like this. The narrator's quips are delightfully witty. Great job overall. I'm glad for the epilogue; it's nice to see them start moving (back) toward romance, if even a little. I was also glad to see things work so poorly at the climax. Not because I'm mean! but because I think you set up a great story that allowed us to end on a note that feels fairly familiar and normal as per the canon material. It's not EXACTLY like canon anymore since Naruto did pull some game-changing debonair moves, but that's the mark of good writing as well. Things changed in a fun and appropriate way, but I'm glad they didn't change too much. Great job overall, and thanks for such a fun and well written fanfiction! |
