I really enjoyed this fic and laughed everytime you had the interactions of shigure and ayame I personally think you had Ayame down perfectly. I had a smile on my face through the whole thing and was a teeny tiny sad that there wasnt a kiss or even a real confession but all in all it was very nicely done. Ok now I can tell you I am jealous you live in Texas and get to go to con there so how many times have you met my most favorite voice actor ever? That person is Vic Mignogna? I really really want to meet him. I look forward to reading more fics from you and dont worry about my name I like some yaoi but I am mostly for Hetero couples lol I just couldnt think of a better name lol

don't listen to the previous reviewer. haru calling tohru 'tohru-kun' is way more in character than '-chan'. the previous poster obviously isn't very familiar with japanese since girls can be called with '-kun' attached to their name. although i'm kinda biased here in my argument, i personally prefer 'tohru-kun'. but fanfic writers don't use it much, lol. i think it's cute.

-kun means guy so your saying tohru-kun makes me think of tohru as a guy so you sould use -chan it more kawii/cuite tohru-chan see very kawii !

I like Rin, she's only looking out for Haru like usual.

Also Kyoko should have had her own advice column lol it's only common sense but some people just don't know... awesome advice on lying sounds just like kyoko

this chapter was so adorable. They're finally getting comfortable with each other. And it's just like Hatori to quickly catch on to Shigure's plan lol.

"Shigure-san mentioned that I hadn't seemed to like Hatsuharu-san's Zodiac animal. I realized that Hatsuharu-san must have thought so too." Her eyes shone with tears as she gazed up at him. "I do like it! Hatsuharu-san is a very handsome cow! And I don't have to worry about squishing him!"

*squeal* I know you wrote this a while ago but I'm probably going to review after every chapter. I loved this first chapter, everyone is so in character to the point where I could visualize the chapter in my head. I was reading Volume 18 of Fruits Basket and I couldn't help but to think that Hatsuharu would be a good match for Tohru. And then I went looking for fanfictions and stumbled across yours. I'm happy on the first try I found one that satisfies my needs or I would have been discouraged. Ok enough rambling going to the second chapter now!
