I wish you had continued this. Really love all the abruptness. It adds to the mix of emotions that the characters must be feeling. I really want to know what drove them to this state and what will happen to them!

So, what did Yamato say to Tai?

Now this chapter is of considerably higher quality than previous - it's written better than chapter 3 (maybe even better than the first chapter). You introduced a new conflict with this chapter: the wards and doctors opressing their patients... There was enough exposition, but again, nothing too open - you didn't give away more information than was neccessary to keep readers curious. But at least now I know what the story is about, you described where they are.

I'm having more and more trouble following - the transitions between scenes are too abrupt. It would help if you'd explain a little more about the facility. Right now, I don't even get what's going on. What is Tai suffering from (for instance)? Where did Yamato meet Daisuke (was that after speaking to Miss Takenouchi)?

This chapter didn't keep a very consistent point of view, and due to that I had some (little) difficulty following what was going on at times. But it certainly wasn't boring!

This is a very strong opening! You hint at what's to come next, don't reveal all your cards, and keep to the chosen point of view. I also liked that the narrator's identity was only revealed in the end: from the beginning I had expected it to be Yamato, but near the end I got a slight feeling that it might be Tai ;-).

I really want to know what happens next but what did he say it will bug me until i know so please update

OMG! All this chapter makes me think is that I Want More! I really do want to find out more about their backgrounds, esp. Tai. This is a fantastic story and I honestly would have reviewed eariler but I just didn't have the time. Keep up the excelent work
