Reviews for Silence
TheConjuringMind chapter 1 . 4/23/2016
Short, but well-written.
Nicely done.
Guest chapter 1 . 5/6/2015
I love how Truman's lured by the unknown! It just fits his character so well, especially since his lifelong dream was to become an explorer! :)
JackieStarSister chapter 1 . 12/29/2011
This is good, almost like a poem. A guy in a video we watched at CCD mentioned The Truman Show, and said it was about searching for and finding the truth. You seem to have hit upon that here. You also covered a universal topic, something almost everyone can relate to - having to leave home behind, go out and face the world for what it is. Good job.
Morgenstern chapter 1 . 3/27/2007
Great story!
EchosquadSRG chapter 1 . 2/11/2006
For as short as that was, its well worth the read. NIce take on what's going through Truman's mind as he leaves.
tasluke chapter 1 . 11/7/2005
I'm glad someone finally put into words what we were all thinking.
The Pineapple chapter 1 . 10/28/2005
Nice job. It's deep, and it defines the way you'd think he felt.

Good job.
Ellethiel chapter 1 . 10/25/2005
I enjoyed this vignette of yours. It is nice to read this because one could have wondered what Truman was thinking. I liked how you worded such things as "unscripted silence" heh, to say is kind of deep, don't know if that works for it. but oh well. and also that you have Truman think about the director as god and realize that pain perhaps, in finding out that his friends and neighbors were only actors.
