I just read all the chapters and they were very accurate and well written,congrats.I would like if you continued,with the other games(I only know what passed on Sonic Herores,Shadow The Hedgehog and Sonic Next Gen though...)you made very well so far,I wouldnt be surprised if those were really their toughths at the time.

I originally found this story on fanlib when it was still up, and I loved it immensely. Only now have I just gotten around to looking it up to see who the author was.

About the story itself-

Characters seem a little odd-sounding in their journal entries, but not too much. Interesting plot (if not entirely author-original) and probably one of the most touching Shadow fics I've ever read.

Pretty good story, to explain how shadow came to be. Keep it up. Just a heads up, dont plan on writing anything from the events in Sonic The Hedgehog(360/PS3 game). In the game they eventually turned back time so it never happened. But I wont spoil the rest, if you havent played it already.

The dates are never named or mentioned, because they're left entirely up to the viewer.

Blah, blah, blah, run-on. Blah, blah, blah, disection. Blah, blah, blah, doubt.

Shadow's a doll, not a robot. He can make decisions, but they're always the right one, and always proper and true.

Why?

Because he's supposed to be perfect, not emotional, dour, or 'emo.'

I personally can't wait to see Shadow's reaction to finding his old diary and reading the entries his friends put in. I like Rouge's last comment. Good luck to ya Rouge!
