The man who thought it was a fantastic plan to leave Harry with his magic hating aunt and uncle till eleven and send him back at the end of every school year because " he was safe there! " Yeah, safe to be starved, worked worse then a slave, mentally abused if not physically as well. But he was safe from Death Eaters! Dumbles is as trustworthy as a rubber knut! And as I said, the ministry is run by MORONS very likely loyal to Moldysnorts then the people of magical Britain. With all that against him, how could he not wind up in Azkaban for life?! Or as has had been said before " With friends like these, who needs enemies?! "
