Ok chapter 4 and a couple of things annoyed me again. The word alight should be used when climbing into something not getting off it. Second thing, Jon and Thayet have six children, not five.

Just a mini review at chapter three. Like the story so far, I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of promises fluff though. Also, i'd like to point out that the word "prone" means lying down, not standing

I absolutely adore this and although I realize it's been years since you've finished this, I thought you'd enjoy another reviewer singing your praises!

A very enjoyable fic. I've enjoyed all your 'Immortals' fics, but the festivals design and structure of this puts it on a higher level. The underdevelopment in canon of the festival has often struck me (though Lord knows TP gets enough else in), and the triple goddess material here works especially well. Nice job with Weiryn, too, though my more rational part thinks he'd retain his godness rather more, and that canonical Kyprioth's indifference to human suffering is probably nearer the divine mark.

I realise this is now quite an old fic, and that you've moved on, but as I don't share your other fandoms I'll add that I don't think you should worry so much about 'fluff' - a derogatory fic term that all too often gets used to cover a pseudo-commercial conviction that car chases are intrinsically more important than conversation. Not so!

In any case, thanks, very belatedly, for an interesting and enjoyable fic.

absolutely amazing.

really, I have read so many Daine and Numair stories with horrible plots and characters who are not as they should be. Most of those stories just focused on the couple and acted as if no other characters exsisted. They often left out all of Daine's animal friends and missed the whole point of the series. It was refreshing to read your stories. Even though it was just a fanfic, you really developed our favorite characters even more by not only showing their good traits, but their imperfections as well. You had me thinking I was not only reading a fanfiction, but another story by Tamora herself.

this is really good. it's really sweet, and nice, i especially liked the parts, with raoul and buri, and maura and whatever his name is an something. what do Buri and Raoul name their daughter?

I love this! You must have done so much research, this feels so real! Besides how awesome this is, I'd like to say I'm glad you put Onua and Sarge together and found someone for Maura but how could you mention Evin without Miri? I can't wait to go look at your other fics, you are an amazing writer!

Easily one of the most insightful comments that I have ever seen in a fanfiction. Kudos :) that last bit sounds like it should be in a wildly popular song, but I don't know who should sing it.

i'm accusing you of making me stay up till 3 AM with this story! i couldn't take my eyes off it!

I think it's Lord Sinthya...but aside from that, great fic! It's beautifully written and the idea for the eight festival cycle is great.
