I died laughing twice here. The first one was the yelling Cell and Frieza's comment on it. Then, the coffee Goku slyly asked. The rest was giggles.

While totally funny, did the Kais created that Police Station? Wasn't much of a success now was it? Wouldn't it be better somewhere else?
