The Shakespeare chapter is a great idea. Tite Kubo even mentioned somewhere in the manga that Ichigo looked up to Shakespeare as one of his favorite people in history, and I even think that Tite Kubo mentions Othello being his favorite!

Rukia called Byakuya "sister."

There are inconsistencies in the way some people are addressed. Ichigo, for some reason, calls Orihime "Inoue-san" once, and "Orihime" a bunch when he's supposed to call her "Inoue." I don't know what Ukitake would call her, but I know he calls Rukia "Kuchiki" rather than using her first name, let alone with "-chan," and I believe he calls Ichigo "Ichigo-kun," though he may have called him "Kurosaki-kun" at first.
