| Lisande Tsang chapter 9 . 5/4/2006 Agh too soppy rofls. I can't stand soppy romance :P. But somehow, you managed to develop their relationship. I actually didn't see how it happened because I couldn't stand the soppiness, so I sort of read the first chapter, squirmed, and skipped to the last chapter. Even though soppy doesn't do it for me, obviously other people like it. But if you want an alternative romance style, try subtle romance, the kind that doesn't involve any clear flirting at all. The kind that's closer to real life. For example..(okay, I'm a girl.) For example, talking excitedly to a guy you met ten minutes ago, and you just can't tell if he's flirting with you or not - it could just be friendly o_0. And the thing is, he's probably thinking exactly the same thing. And, in writing, you can manipulate that kind of thing... It also has a lot more tension, and you can let it linger for a lot longer, instead of rushing right to the obvious. Lol okay now you probably think I'm a flirt. But! The ending! perfect use of the Anastasia(R) reference! _- o/' we were standing, on a crazy adventure... I wondered how long it would take for someone to write a story based on that .. Kudos. |
