wow. i read this a long time ago and thought it was interesting, but now, rereading it, i see that it is truly a beautiful story, and wonderfully written.

What a great story, Hikaru getting all angst, Kaoru having the same felligns for him. But really, why do they send funeral cards when they're stil alive, i don't get it

Loveitloveitloveit. God, I'm so used to Kaoru being the one to battle with his feelings for Hikaru, it's a refreshing change to see that reversed. It's angsty, but not over-the-top. I love it when writers can pull of angst so tastefully. (Unfortunately, I'm not one of them.) Makes me happy to read about Hikaru and Kaoru talking so frankly and earnestly about their feelings for each other.

Also, I loved the Death Note reference, hehe. And Haruhi was wonderful. Totally in character.

Omfg i nearly died actully i full on cried all pver my laptop way BEFOR they even got to the bridge scene this was the best thing iv read in my life i could actually feel my heart stop while the brothers argued and Hikaru told Kaoru to go to hell :O ! :(

This was so tragically romantic! T-T Kyouya's sign-off title was oh-too-predictable (o-), but when Hikaru followed Kaoru down, it's was a total moe moment! :O

great story, high in drama, and angst but those funerla notices from the priciple and the neighbour and then Kyoya...(laughing head of bare with me)...and then...Kyoya I expected something like they'd still have to pay the absence fee's but...ha...ha...ha...there still alive...their mother has his condolances...signed Kyoya Ootori ruler of the universe...(please your stories killing me!)...thank you for the best story i have yet read in this section.

this was a wonderful piece of writing. slightly unorthodox but it takes your breath away.

btw, the part where hikaru confessed and escaped in a car made me laugh. it reminded me of smth i did actually. i confessed and ran up the escalator and away XD

and was a bit confused by the funeral cards.

last note: kyoya is evil.
