Oh. My. Goodness.

This has been an amazing journey with these two wonderful characters! You've got their voices down perfectly, and your language and detail do a beautiful job of bringing off the screen all the tender emotion that the actual show so rarely allowed us to see. I adore how you've given a glimpse of how the stories in the tv series might have been slightly different without Donna's presence, but how this alternate universe feels just as genuine and real as the canon version. It's really an impressive and inspiring piece of work!

But I have to say that my favorite part about these stories is that you wrote a touching & romantic story about Josh and Donna getting together...and then went back and wrote the same story all over again from the other perspective, just for obsessive fans like me who couldn't get enough of those happy feelings the first time through! ;) It's lovely, in hindsight, to read Josh's story first, then to go back & read Donna's story and see all the connections, the shared memories from their time in the campaign, and how the same moments meant different things to each of them. As a character study (or rather, a pair of them), these tales are damn near flawless.

I have to go look up every other West Wing fanfic you've written now. I hope you're still writing, for this or other fandoms, because you have a real gift! :)

Wonderful. The hug between Josh and Momma Moss got me. I cried. I'm woman enough to admit it.

The last part was very Josh and Donna. Cute. I'm off to 21, but I'm sad it is gonna end.

I've been glad to see every chapter in reverse from Donna's POV, but this one is the most important and really well done. Great job.

I'm loving seeing the story flipped and from her POV. In the first story, she seemed so confident, even cocky, from Josh's POV, but here, she seems more Donna like.

I'd give anything to hear Donna say "Whore."

"Why, Donna?"

"Because I LOVE him!"

Poor Donna. He loved her, and for Josh, that's huge.

Bad idea, Donnatell Moss, bad idea.

Only if you guys were in Arkansas, Donna.

"Josh this...yada yada yada...Josh that...yada yada yada...I love Josh..."

This contradicts the series' background. According to the series, he broke up with her. And she lost her confidence and came into the campaign hoping to find herself. This kind of changes that. Will keep reading and see where it goes.
