i really love this story!

Honestly, I find these universes quite incompatible but I enjoyed the story. Sometimes I wonder how the DC Universe holds up.

In Metropolis, fire start by careless accidents; in Gotham, fire start through deliberate arsons or mobs' conspiracies or crazies with explosives that just want to watch the world burn. In Metropolis, cops race after purse-robbers and help cats from trees; in Gotham, cops are corrupted and bribed by drug dealers and also sometimes/read: a lot of the times/ average citizens. In Metropolis, people cheer for their hero; in Gotham, people condemn their guardian.

This is really true that Metropolis is like Utopia when compare to Gotham City...that is merely steps away from being the next of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Though Superman might just be too naive to be of much help to Gotham, it's still extremely ironic that Superman is the one that have actual powers while Batman is just a man (and to add insult to injury: a man that is desperate, half-broken, and maybe already driven to a point that's not totally sane). That may be why I always feel Batman to be so much more than a hero. And it amazes me to no end how much he is willing to sacrifice for Gotham, a city that took so much from him.

There needs to be more crossover fics. Yours was very well done. Thank you for sharing it. :)

Cool! I really liked it- the ending especially, where they both knew each other's identities. I know this is old, but I just got into fanfic and I normally don't do crossovers- but this one was good!

WOW, i just read your story and it was great, dead on , and had good pacing. Batman had good use of logic and superman was super, it was awesome! keep it up, never give up.

This was great! Such a realistic meeting of the two hero's, was really interesting to read. I liked the twist at the end there, very clever. I also liked how they both knew each other's identities lol
