lifechiaroscuro chapter 1 . 3/5/2011
Great story, but I don't think they ever boarded the train. I think they were actually there to pick up Eustace and Jill.
Tempest in Blue chapter 1 . 12/24/2010

Bustedbyherparents chapter 1 . 11/2/2010
Wow. Wow. Triple Wow. That was AMAZING! I love the comparison to Peter in the Bible, how Jesus continually asked him the very same question.

Thanks for sharing!

Wow; this is a wonderful piece of writing! It's beautiful and totally accurate, and a magnificent representation of Peter and Aslan and what Narnia really *means*.

Marvelous job!

snowstargirl chapter 1 . 9/2/2009
Wow, that was really well-done! I love the way you were able to lace the Biblical aspects into your story, and Aslan and Peter were very much in-character. Your descriptions of Aslan were wonderful, and your story is beautiful; I really love it!
Lothloriel chapter 1 . 6/7/2008
Regardless of whether I appreciate the Christian themes, it is a beautiful, powerfully-written oneshot. You have captured Peter at three of the most crucial moments in his life. Well done.
purple kimono chapter 1 . 6/7/2008

Miniver chapter 1 . 5/20/2008
I love this story so much that I was sure I had reviewed it already. My apologies for not letting you know how impressive and consoling I found this. Maybe the timing is right, though; I just went back to reread this to remind me what Peter is really like, after sitting through the movie. Of all the things they could have gotten wrong, why did it have to be the whole concept of the High King, once and future? But it doesn't matter, because the Real Thing is in the books and in stories like this one. Peter isn't supposed to be perfect or infallible, but he is meant to be a beacon and a rock, as the original Peter was. A wasted opportunity in the film, but one well seized by you. Thanks for a wonderful piece.
