Made me smile. Made me also cry. I listened to both songs, to Photograph once, and Twilight and Shadow on repeat. My heart clenched for Luke, if only you knew how much. Han's backstory in there, next to Anakin and Obi-Wan's, thank you for that. No, really, thank you. Hadn't felt like Han really got his past touched upon very much in the movies, aside from Lando and Jabba the Hutt. Solo not counting, because it came long, long after the original movies (4,5, & 6).

It broke my heart.

I feel like my emotions are spilling out of my chest and then being lit on fire! This fic was so sad! And really good, too! Why must I enjoy hopeless angst-y fics?

...I had never considered an AniXObi as a pairing before...but at least i know why ObiWan screamed that he loved Anikan...that always bugged me a bit...
Also, did I spot a little LukeXHan at the end...? ;)

Wow! This is a very moving fic and I'm sorta jealous of your writing your really good.

this was a very touching story. loved the concept. the parts with a young Han Solo- hero woshipping skywalker and kenobi was so smart. that so could have been like that. luke using the force to see through the veil of time and memories while in the temple was really creative. that even as darth, ani returned to 'their' room_ seeking what, I don't know- was a nice touch.

it was only after seeing the 3 prequels that i realized that aniken did fulfull his duty as the chosen one, at the end of the series. it was as aniken skywalker, father of luke and leia, that threw the emporer to his death- bringing balance to the force. it was just not fufilled in the time and way they thought it would be 20 some years earlier. that luke helped his father come back to the light and fulfill his destiny by destroying the sith lord- that was great.

if you wanted me to point out 1 item that might be improved upon- i would mention the holograph. you wrote a couple of times that luke was holding the holograph. he actually wasn't holding the holograph- the holograph is an image made of light. he was holding a holo-cube or holo-viewer, which was used to store and play the holograph.

Maybe it was because of 'Twilight and Shadow' playing in the background, but as I write this review, tears are literally drying on my face. Beautiful, just...beautiful. The final collage of images that Luke sees, ending with the holograph breaking was definitely the most powerful part for me; but Luke walking through the desolate temple and the image of a young, hero-worshiping Han were deeply moving as well.

*Swoons* Aw! I loved it, I thought I'd hate it, because it was so just sad, but the part with Luke and Han at the end made the story bittersweet. Jezz, I can't stop smiling now!

Hi, rereading this and enjoying it all over again. From the interwoven Temple scenes to the H/L and the A/O, shall be pleased to rec this for the LJ's crack_van commute this month.

Oh... this was so wonderful. Angst... and romance... and... yeah. It was so filled with emotions and I was actually about to start writing something of my own halfway through. But i never seemed to find the right words.

What I would like to have seen is Han's reaction on the Kenobi - Sywalker room.

Wow! Fantastic story - I love the multiple perspectives, you did such a beautiful job with this. Particularly enjoyed young Han Solo, very interesting concept. Is the vid still around, by any chance?
