  yeah chapter 5 . 7/15 Revisiting this fic years later, it does kind of resonate differently now that I'm older and not a dumb kid. This was a story I was obsessed with as a young teen, and now that I'm an adult it kind of interests me how much we've grown. Gaara is an inherent misogynist in this one, simple and true. Maybe even dangerously abusive. Even though I enjoy this fic still in some way, it really does highlight and paint to me how the times have changed and how I've changed for the better. This will always be a guilty pleasure for me but I will probably always mentally change it. Take care. |
