Aw Dean singing musicals. I think that's what I'm going to keep from this story, because the idea of him being that sick is almost too scary. He'd get beaten by something so mundane, when he just defeats monsters and demons with ease...

Dean would hide an infection and then nearly die. Poor Sam, I know he wanted to take Dean to Stanford with him.
